Updated: 12:20am – Avondale Nasinu FC is a new Giants of NZFFI. Nasinu beats Lautoka to 3 nil in the quarter final and hammered Ba in the semi-final to 4 – 2.
Avondale Nasinu played final with defending champions Nadi. It was a class final and both teams displayed some great football. Both teams were locked 1 a piece at full time mark. The match entered in to extra time and Nasinu proved to be more stronger and scored the winning goal. Avondale Nasinu beats defending champions Nadi to 2 – 1 and became new giants of NZFFI.
Mr Izaz Hussain thanked all the players and officials for their hard work. He also thanked the president of NZFFI Mr Sachin Dutt for believing in him and his team.
