A seven year old boy has passed away after he was allegedly hit by a truck on Saturday afternoon in Savu Village in Tailevu.
Police say the truck was driven by a 36-year-old man.

The boy who was playing near the village roundabout when the incident happened.
The road death toll currently stands at 26 compared to 33 for the same period last year.
