First time ever presenting as Ms Fiji Earth in Las Vegas !!! Anjini Lata from New Zealand born and raised in Fiji Islands.
She has successfully completed Diploma in Professional Cookery, Early Childhood Certificate – Level 5 and National Diploma in Real Estate. By profession, Anji is a real estate agent and a professional cookery chef and tutor for international student.
She is also a part of: Mrs India New Zealand 2015 – Mrs Charity Mrs New Zealand 2016 – Mrs Community Service – special award for an outstanding performance and inspiration for other women My biggest strength is her son who always encourages and supports her in whatever she do.
Anji is passionate about food and I truly enjoy cooking and tasting new things. She love’s helping people in need and for Anji she love’s the moment when she bring Smile on someone who is lonely or sad.
Anji is in board of trust for Life Trust International Limited, where their help our senior citizens to socialise with others and enjoy their life rather than being left alone.
She also help international students when they are in difficulty as they are new to our country. The reason for her to be here, Anji always wanted to present her home country Fiji and finally she got this golden opportunity.
She also want’s to thank all the lovely people in her life for their encouragement and inspiration. One thing she has learnt in her life, that you are never too old if you want to fulfill your dreams but we need to support each other and have a strong will….be the kind of woman that sets as a role model to our future generation. said Anji.
