Update: 10:25pm – Labasa football coach Gurjit Singh knows playing Rewa in Nausori will not be an easy task.
The two teams met in the semi-finals of the Fiji FACt tournament where Rewa won on penalty kicks.
Singh says, his team does have a good fan following in Nausori but they will need to play their best match.
“Rewa will be tough. That is for sure. Whether we play in Labasa or Nausori they are a hard team to play. They have very experienced players and we will prepare according to the way they play.”
The first semi-final between Rewa and Labasa will be played at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park at 7.30pm on Friday.
Lautoka takes on Nadi in the second semi-final at 3pm on Saturday at Churchill Park. The final will be played at 2.30pm on Sunday at Lautoka’s Churchill Park.
