Vinay Chand, a man involved in the Vitogo accident case, has been granted bail.
The accident resulted in the death of a 20-year-old woman. Chand is facing charges of dangerous driving and failure to comply with requirements following the accident.
The case has been transferred to the Lautoka High Court, and the hearing is scheduled for next Thursday.
