Mateiwai highlighted the vulnerability of children to sexual offenses due to exposure to obscene materials online.

She called for a comprehensive approach involving the entire society to address the issue, urging parents and guardians to join the fight against crime.

The Fiji Police Force urges all family members to monitor their children’s activities to prevent such incidents.

This alarming statistic should serve as a wake-up call for parents and guardians to take action against crime.
