Four men have been arrested in the capital city, Suva, after discovering dried leaves and methamphetamine.
The four men, aged 37, 39, 20, and 18, were arrested along Nina Street, Scott Street, and at the Suva Municipal Market.
Chief of Operations ACP Livai Driu stated that the police’s priority is to reduce harm, and the arrests reflect their commitment to curbing the illicit drug trade.
Other arrests include a 51-year-old in Valelevu, Nasinu, two men in Nadonumai, Lami, a 37-year-old man in Tacirua, a 19-year-old in Vatuwaqa, Suva, two men in Korovou, Tailevu, and three men in the Northern Division at the Labasa Market.
