Ministry is committed to enhancing the welfare of children

Minister for Women, Children, and Social Protection Lynda Tabuya has met with executives from Inspire Pacific to collaborate on children’s rehabilitation and well-being.

The discussions focused on developing rehabilitation programs for young street dwellers battling drug use and those in conflict with the law at the Fiji Juvenile Rehabilitation and Development Centre.

Tabuya expressed her commitment to working with Inspire Pacific to address the pressing needs of vulnerable, at-risk children within Fiji’s communities.

She emphasized the need for collaboration and shared dedication to creating a supportive environment for at-risk children, enabling them to break free from harmful cycles and lead fulfilling lives.
