Three individuals accused of corruption and bribery of enforcement staff appeared in Wellington District Court.
Defence counsel argued that redactions on 50,000 pages of disclosure materials would need review before proceedings could continue.
Suspension orders prevented the names from being published, but they remained in place.
The accused were remanded on bail until a second pre-trial hearing in October.
