A person died in a crash on State Highway 29 near Matamata, New Zealand.
The two-vehicle crash occurred shortly before 6 pm.
The road between Rapurapu Road and Cambridge Road Tauriko was closed.
The Serious Crash Unit conducted a scene examination, and the road reopened this morning.
