A man died in Auckland’s Mt Wellington after being stabbed in Tomuri Pl near Sylvia Park at 1.31 pm on Saturday.
Emergency services were called to reports of the incident.
A 23-year-old man has been charged with murder, while a 24-year-old woman has been charged with being a murder party. Both are due to appear in the Auckland District Court today.
An increased police presence will remain in the area as the scene examination continues. A post-mortem is scheduled.
