The Rings of Power Season 2, Charlie Vickers, who plays Halbrand/Sauron, transforms Annatar, taking on the fair form of Sauron.
He gains the trust of Carles Edwards’ Celebrimbor and sets his plans of taking over Middle-earth in motion.
Vickers explained In an exclusive interview that he enjoyed playing a villain. All the energy he brought was probably subconscious, or the dark energy was in him.
The actor explained that everything he created with that look had to be grounded in truth, whether it was the lore or the books.
He also mentioned that the inspiration for Annatar’s appearance came from Celebrimbor. Who had commanded the respect of the most excellent Elven Smith.
