A 36-year-elderly person has been accused of the obscene attack of his 17-year-old niece while the young lady’s folks and grandparents have been accused of unfair repression of the person in question.
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions says the 17-year-old young lady’s folks and grandparents were charged after supposedly tying her up in chains and saving her without nourishment for three days in Sigatoka.
