The overseer of Military Prosecutions has laid 17 charges in the Court Martial of New Zealand against the fighter, who has name concealment.

The charges (some of which are elective charges) are:

Four charges of reconnaissance

Two charges of endeavored reconnaissance

Two charges of ownership of a frightful distribution

Three charges of getting to a PC framework for an unscrupulous reason

One charge of doing a demonstration liable to bias Service teach or welcome ruin on the Service

One charge of carelessly neglecting to play out an obligation

Four charges of neglecting to conform to composed requests.

No date has yet been set for the consultation.

The Defense Force says as the issue is presently under the watchful eye of the court, it can offer no further remark.

In December a year ago, a trooper was captured at Linton in the midst of doubt of being important for an extreme right radical gathering.

The so called assailant Christian fraternity Wargus Christi had asserted online the captured warrior was a part.
