With various disciplinary issues being featured in the Fiji Police Force, there are currently plans to audit its enrollment rules and methodology.

Acting Commissioner of Police, Rusiate Tudravu, says the survey is expected to improve the picture of the Force.

He says all newcomers require to be prepped a long time before they enter the labor force so they can show polished methodology and development consistently.

“That is the reason we are returning to improve our inner interaction and framework. I expressed that when I took over as Acting Commissioner, we might want to see we return to the fundamental of things. We need to sustain the enlisted people well from the beginning. When we have that, ground them appropriately from that level, they will go far.”

Tudravu featured these activities or episodes are not a reasonable impression of the whole Force and officials who misuse their power will be considered responsible.

He additionally says now and again there will be deficits, as no official is awesome – except for they have been persistently reminded that they need to enter the Force clean, to remain wipe and tell the truth.
