Tunabuna highlighted the increasing youth involvement in criminal activities, which he believes is driven by the need to support livelihoods.

He stressed the importance of engaging youths in productive activities like farming to divert them from illegal activities.

Tunabuna also encouraged youths to develop their skills through farming.

He believes that this can provide both personal growth and economic benefits.

The new tractor will boost production and benefit other farmers by offering affordable tractor-hire services.

The Natabua Farmers Cooperative leader, Sireli Lilo, thanked the ministry for its support.

The Ministry of Agriculture’s emphasis on involving unemployed youths in farming is crucial in addressing the rising crime rate in the Northern Division.
