Instruction Minister Rosy Akbar is asking Parents to ignore any informal remarks or declaration in regards to class re-opening.

This comes as there have been a few posts circling via web-based media concerning dates of when schools will re-open.

Akbar affirms that as declared before, all schools are booked to open on 21 June 2021.

She says because of the current circumstance, this date is, subject to change and will rely upon freedom from the Ministry of Health.

Akbar says it’s grievous that a few group are exploiting the current emergency and spreading bogus or misdirecting data.

She adds this will sincerely affect kids who are as of now influenced by the school conclusion.

Schools will re-open for eye to eye classes and study hall instructing when Fiji is by and by COVID-contained.

The Ministry will keep on giving right data to all instructors, understudies, and guardians through the media.
