“Rewa came out strong in the second spell and made use of their chances. We have some areas to work on and we will need to work on that before the match against Ba tomorrow.”
Ba will need to beat Lautoka to book a spot in the last four but a loss to Rewa against Dreketi will see the two western teams qualify.

Rewa’s fate will be decided after the Ba-Lautoka match but the Delta Tigers have a strong chance of qualifying if they do beat Dreketi.

Rewa coach, Marika Rodu was pleased with the comeback draw.

“We came back after yesterday’s draw. We are unlucky in the first half but the boys had patience and I am happy with the way the boys played today. Team like Dreketi, we will need to keep position and will try and penetrate when they lose control.”

Lautoka and Ba have four points each while Rewa has two points as Dreketi does not have any point.

Meanwhile, Labasa is through to the semi-finals of the tournament after thumping Rakiraki 4-nil yesterday.

Christopher Wasasala scored a hatrick while Jonetani Buksh also grabbed a goal.
