Emraan Hashmi shared a story about Ameesha Patel refusing to work with him because of his perceived unsuitability for the role.
Patel, who had previously worked with ‘Kaho Na Pyaar Hai,’ was cautious and wanted a perfect cast. Hashmi explained that Patel expressed her doubts to Mahesh Bhatt.
Who then decided that Emraan was not the right fit for the role. Hashmi also shared his early days in the film industry.
He said he visited film sets daily to observe the shooting process, shaping his understanding of filmmaking and acting. He made his acting debut in 2003 with Footpath. According to
Hashmi’s initial debut was supposed to be alongside Patel in Mahesh Bhatt’s Yeh Zindagi Ka Safar.
Footpath became his first release. Hashmi last appeared in the drama series ‘Showtime.’ It is currently available on Disney+ Hotstar.
