Updated: 7:20am – The Fijian Elections Office will lodge a complaint against Trade Unionist Felix Anthony to the Fiji Independent Commission against Corruption.
The complaint is based on the revelations made by former PDP Leader Lynda Tabuya during a press conference in Suva on Tuesday.
FBC News understands Tabuya revealed more about PDP’s December meeting and former Leader Felix Anthony’s continued involvement in the management of the Party.
Anthony’s involvement includes being present in the meeting when the essential decision to sign the MOUwith SODELPA was made.
Registrar of Political Parties Mohammed Saneem says the press conference by Tabuya revealed more than what he found from the minutes of the meeting that was submitted to him.
Saneem did not comment further on the matter.
