The Fijian economy is doing very well says the Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama.
Speaking at the handing over of Small and Micro Enterprise grants in Savusavu yesterday, Bainimarama says for seven straight years, Fiji’s economy has grown even with the occurrence of major natural disasters.

Bainimarama says the SME grant scheme has helped in the growth of the economy.
“Every day, the 5,853 grant recipients since 2015 are helping build our nation, they are bettering their lives and the lives of those around them. Because when Fijian businesses do well, Fiji does well. When Fijian businesses grow and expand, so does the Fijian economy.’
The Prime Minister adds Fiji is projected to do even better in the years to come.
