Captain Luisa Tamanitoakula scored a hat-trick of goals in the game, two in first half and one in the second spell.
Fiji’s fourth goal came from Cema Nasau in the 65th minute of the game.
Fiji will play its second match this Friday against hosts New Zealand who thrashed Papua New Guinea 12-0 in the opening match today.
