A 26-year-old man who allegedly unlawfully entered a house in Raiwai and kissed a girl while she was sleeping appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court today.
It is also alleged Maope Vu Serau who was drunk at the time of the incident, stole $105 cash and a Samsung mobile phone.

Serau is charged with indecent assault, criminal trespass, and theft.
The alleged incidents occurred on the 31st of March 2017.
The case has been adjourned till the 21st of this month.
