FIJI NEWS: Judge to rule on fifteenth of May in the slander body of evidence recorded against Aman Ravindra Singh by Bainimarama and Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum

The decision on the application to put aside the interlocutory judgment in the criticism body of evidence documented against Aman Ravindra Singh by Voreqe Bainimarama and Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum will be conveyed by High Court Judge, Justice Lyone Seneviratne on the fifteenth of May.

This is with respect to a post by Lautoka legal counselor Aman Ravindra Singh in 2018 supposedly stigmatizing Bainimarama and Sayed-Khaiyum.

An interlocutory judgment or a brief judgment was made on the 27th of November 2018 as Singh neglected to record an announcement of protection.

An interlocutory judgment is given where harms are yet to be evaluated so of course Bainimarama and Sayed-Khaiyum’s case has been given.

Singh had submitted in court this evening the judgment ought to be struck out as it is sporadic and inadequate.

He said that the correct system was not followed while making the judgment.

In the interim Bainimarama and Sayed-Khaiyum’s legal advisor, Devanesh Sharma advised the court that Singh neglected to present an announcement of guard by the fourteenth of November 2018.

He says Singh had sufficient time to present an application to put aside the interlocutory judgment anyway he didn’t do as such until 29th April 2019 and the standard is to submit it as quickly as time permits.

Sharma likewise told the court that Singh doesn’t have a clarification concerning why he set aside such a great amount of effort to record a protection.
