PM Voreqe Bainimarama has given over more than $40,000 to Homes of Hope Fiji, an association which gives long haul care to young ladies, youthful moms, and their youngsters.
This was through an aggregate exertion by Fijians living in Australia who did raising support during the Fiji Day festivities held in Sydney a year ago.
The Fiji High Commission in Canberra additionally facilitated a Gala supper work in Australia a year ago and all the commitments went towards the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.
In expressing gratitude toward the partners during the handover, Bainimarama says he trusts these assets will go towards helping the manhandled moms and young ladies at the Homes for Hope.
Bainimarama says the gathering pledges is done each year by Fijians living in Australia and different associations.
He includes if not for COVID-19, they would have had another raising money this year.
