The Housing Authority of Fiji is finding difficulties in developing land due to an increase in squatter settlements.
Acting chief executive, Isikeli Navuda, made this comment while making a submission to the Standing Committee on Social Affairs.

Navuda says relocating people living in informal settlements is difficult because it is a lengthy process hence, the delay in developing sub-divisions.
The Authority will be developing residential lands in Tavakubu, Lautoka and Davuilevu, Nasinu
