Updated: 9:25am – FijiFirst MP Alvick Maharaj says the FijiFirst is the first party to remove ethnic and religion based barriers.
He says the biggest weapon of destruction used by politicians are based on ethnicity and religious discrimination.
He questioned the opposition members of parliament why it is portrayed that things are done to gain political benefit or publicity if a Muslim or iTaukei leader from the FijiFirst attends a Hindu festival.
He says the FijiFirst has a leader who has courage to tell the people openly what he will do and won’t do regardless of the outcome of the elections.
Maharaj says they are also the first to remove all race based scholarships. He adds that the opposition should come up with something new rather than amending FijiFirst policies.
