A 19-year-old man died after being hit by a 37-year-old vehicle near Naleba.
The incident occurred after 9 pm on Saturday when the victim ran onto the road.
The road death toll currently stands at 30, down from 56 last year.
Investigations are ongoing to verify the circumstances surrounding the incident.
