70-year-old man has been charged with indecently assaulting a 12-year-old girl in his home last Friday.
The accused and victim both live in the same community.
The victim’s uncle reported the incident to Navua Police.
The accused is charged with one count of Indecent Assault Contrary to Section 212 (1) of the Crimes Act 2009.
