MoH promotes the use of appropriate channels for handling complaints

The Ministry of Health has stated that social media may not be the most effective platform for raising complaints about its services following a recent post about a severely ill patient who died from severe bronchial asthma.

The patient’s mother has made claims against the doctors at Nadi Hospital, seeking answers on what led to her daughter’s death.
