The One Fiji Party has been de-registered as a political party with immediate effect following continued breach of the Political Parties Act 2013.
Two months ago, a notice was given to the Party by the Fijian Elections Office advising the Party that they had breached the Act by failing to submit its audited accounts.

Registrar of Political Parties Mohammed Saneem says following this, the Party had been given sixty days from the day to remedy the breach which it failed to do.
