A 29-year-old man, fatally stabbed his 25-year-old wife with a kitchen knife. In June, 29 people faced 38 counts of non-sexual violence offenses, with 25 victims.

In two incidents, the accused and the victim were related. One 32-year-old man was charged with murdering a 28-year-old man, while a 45-year-old man was charged with the murder of a 38-year-old man and assault causing actual bodily harm to a 50-year-old man.

Moreover, a 22-year-old man was charged with arson for allegedly setting fire to his 31-year-old cousin’s house and with intent to cause grievous harm to his 29-year-old girlfriend.

Additionally, a 30-year-old man was charged with intent to cause grievous harm to a 55-year-old man. Furthermore, a 33-year-old man was charged with assault causing actual bodily harm and aggravated robbery, and a 26-year-old man was charged with unlawful wounding of his 27-year-old girlfriend.

A 43-year-old man was charged with the unlawful cultivation of illicit drugs for allegedly growing 11,000 marijuana plants. In two separate incidents, individuals were accused of cultivating 393 and 143 marijuana plants.

Finally, four cases were withdrawn after discontinuances were filed due to insufficient evidence.

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) reported multiple cases of aggravated robbery, burglary, and theft offenses, which included house and shop break-ins, post office and school burglaries, and street muggings both during the day and at night.
