Marika Qovuniceva,24, and a 16-year-old boy have been remanded in connection with the alleged murder of a Tavua taxi driver. The case was transferred to the Lautoka High Court and will be called again on the 24th of this month.
The 16-year-old has been brought to Suva and will be remanded at the Juvenile Centre. The case was transferred to the Lautoka High Court on June 1, 2024, after the two allegedly aided and abetted in the assault on Nitesh Kumar Chand.
