Two 15-year-old students in Suva were found with methamphetamine and marijuana-like dried leaves on school premises.
The investigation began after one of the students admitted to being given the substances from home.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations Livai Driu called on parents to improve the supervision of their children.
The school reported the matter after the substances were discovered, and the police are now acting as a third party.
The investigation is ongoing, and the discovery raises questions about parental role in children’s activities.
