Kolinisau believes that the Fijian Drua franchise is an excellent way to produce elite players for the country.

He plans to observe the Fiji Schoolboys matches against the visiting Australian team and identify players to add to his camp.

Kolinisau intends to mix high school players with boys in the camp. This will give them opportunities if they can handle the top level of 7s.
