18-year-old Mohammed Naizal is ready to make his debut for the Rewa Football side in the Vodafone Fiji Fact this weekend.
The DAV College student says it’s a dream come true and he is raring to wear the Delta Tigers jumper in front of the home crowd.
“When I was small I always wanted to play for in the main team and I never believed that I will be making into this team but some of the mentors are here to and I’m excited to play with them in this tournament and I’m sure they will help me out and I will do good.”
The tournament kicks off at 1pm tomorrow where Suva plays Rakiraki in the opening match at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park.
At 3pm, Nadi plays Ba after which Dreketi takes on Labasa at 5.30pm.
In the last match of Day one, hosts Rewa takes on Lautoka at 7.30pm.
