These centre’s will include a clinical component to rehabilitate children addicted to drugs. Mission is to reintegrate individuals back into the community, specifically with their families.

The center will focus on removing children from the streets with their consent and placing them in a one-year rehabilitation program.

Tabuya expressed gratitude to Inspire Pacific, an NGO that has been instrumental in rehabilitating juvenile offenders and is now working with children on the streets addicted to harmful drugs.

Establishment of the Centre marks a significant step forward in the government’s commitment. This step will address drug use among the country’s youth and supporting affected families.
