Update: 6:17am – The Courts Inter District Championship dates have been shifted and will now start on 10th October which is a Tuesday and also a public holiday.
Historically, the IDC used to finish on 10th October however for the first time this year, the tournament will commence on this date.
The pool matches in the Premier competition will be played on the 10th, 11th and 12th October while the semi-finals and final will be played on 14th and 15th October.
The tournament is scheduled to take place at Churchill Park however the Fiji Football Association is currently trying to get a confirmation from the Lautoka City Council as another event has been booked to take place at the venue on the same dates.
Fiji FA’s CEO Mohammed Yusuf says they had to move the IDC dates as the Vodafone Fiji Soccer Team will travel to Hong Kong in October to play an International Friendly.
Meanwhile, BOG Champions, Rewa will face Labasa this Sunday at Subrail Park in the Vodafone Premier League.
In other matches, Labasa will face Suva, Dreketi will play Rewa
Ba will play Nadi, Dreketi will face Suva, and Lautoka will host Rakiraki.
