Tudravu focused on this during the Fiji Police Force Thanksgiving Church Service at the Special Response Unit in Nasinu today.
He says they need to change the way of life of how officials treat individuals and it begins from the essentials of approaching individuals with deference.
Tudravu says they should serve everybody with deference and quietude and figure out how to retain the pressing factor that accompanies their work.
