Updated: 7:52am – Fiji Airways Drua utility backline player Peceli Nacebe has been raising some eyebrows in the National Rugby Championship.

Nacebe leads the individual player statistics with the most number of points, tries scored and attacking meters.

After two rounds of competition, the Nadroga flyer has scored 32 points, scored four tries and has gained 332 running meters for his team.

Fiji Rugby Union Chief Executive, John O’Connor says, the future looks bright for Nacebe.

Nacebe is putting his hands up. Two good performances. First time for him to play at this level. He showed us in the Skipper Cup that he had something and he is showing it in this competition as well and hopefully it leads to something bigger for him.

The Fijian Drua takes on New South Wales Country Eagles at 3pm at Lawaqa Park this Saturday.
