The police document was shipped off the Director of Public Prosecutions for an appraisal of the proof and a choice on whether any charges ought to be laid.

Overseer of Public Prosecutions, Christopher Pryde, says following a survey of the police agenda and the proof, it is the DPP assessment that there is deficient proof to help criminal allegations against the Prime Minister.

The agenda has been gotten back to police with the guidance not to charge and no further activity is required.
