A car crashed into a building in Mt Eden Auckland, causing both to catch fire.
Fire and Emergency NZ reported the incident at 5.20 am, and eight crews attended. No injuries were reported.
Hato Hone St John dispatched two ambulances and two rapid response vehicles, but they were stopped as not needed.
Police helped evacuate people from the building. An extensive investigation is currently underway to determine the cause and those involved. No persons were reported to be injured.
