A child died after being struck by a car on a Waikato driveway.
Emergency services arrived at Te Putu St, Taupiri, and the child was found in critical condition.
CPR was initiated, but the child died at the scene.
The serious crash unit conducted a scene examination, and inquiries into the crash’s circumstances are ongoing.
