Two individuals, Kaixiao Liu and Lanyue Xiao, have been named in connection with a homicide investigation involving a dead body found in Gulf Harbour in March.
They were initially granted interim name suppression, but the judge declined an application for continued suppression.
Their lawyer, Michael Kan, intended to appeal the decision but confirmed that they are no longer seeking name suppression.
