An attempted robbery occurred at a sports bar in Mt. Albert, Auckland, resulting in three injuries, one of which is critical.
Two men entered the bar intending to rob it, leading to a confrontation. This same bar was targeted in an armed robbery last September.
The police are at the initial stages of their investigation and are urging anyone with information to come forward. A scene guard is in place, and a scene examination will occur on Sunday.
The investigation is ongoing, and efforts are being made to locate and hold the offenders accountable.
