A witness said the crane was lifting concrete window panels when it lost balance.

About 30 people, mostly from Real Steel, are gathered outside, taking photos and videos.

A spokesperson for the Gillies Group said all proper procedures were followed, and no one was hurt.

Cranes have arrived to recover the truck, but it may take hours before it can be returned to its wheels. WorkSafe is investigating the incident.
