Police in Wellington are requesting information following a car theft incident. A 2007 Toyota Caldina was stolen from Rua St in Lyall Bay and later crashed into a dairy.
The offender exited the stolen Toyota and entered a white 2005 Toyota Caldina, which had been stolen from an address on Mornington Rd in Brooklyn.
It is believed that a silver 2000 Honda Accord was also involved. While two vehicles were seized, the white 2005 Caldina is still missing.
The police are actively working to identify and locate the individuals involved in the thefts and the crash.
Anyone who saw the vehicles overnight, including in Palmerston North, is urged to share any information with the police. Your assistance is crucial in solving this case.
