Police are dedicated to combating corruption and gaining public trust

Police officers have been charged with various offencers over the past three years. This includes abuse of office, conspiracy to defeat justice, and witness interference.

Also, there is the destruction of evidence, falsifying documents, receiving bribes, and using forged documents.

Acting Commissioner of Police Juki Fong Chew stated that officers are answerable to the law and have a zero-tolerance policy on corrupt practices in all aspects of policing.

He also mentioned that the police force has internal disciplinary processes to deal with complaints against service.

And I will take the appropriate action when an official report is filed.
