Police officers in the Western division have been warned to step up or resign if they cannot handle the demands of policing.
Division Police Commander Iakobo Vaisewa issued the warning during his end-of-fourth-quarter parade.
Vaisewa urged officers to mitigate complaints by ensuring strict compliance with processes and procedures.
Treating every report with equal importance and providing proper advice when needed.
He reiterated the Acting Commissioner of Police’s zero-tolerance for officers involved in criminal activities.
He emphasized the demand for more responsiveness from the public.
