Ravinesh Narayan widely known as Rabba is one of the best Fijian goalkeepers of Indian origin that Labasa has produced. The brave hearted Tuatua, Labasa native started his soccer career for Labasa in 1998 and has not looked back ever since.
He joined Nadi (Fiji) in 2004 and in the same year came to NZ to play for Team Nadi in the NZFFI organized IDC. He has remained a loyal member of Team Nadi since 2004 and has guided them to many tournament victories and successes in the NZ Fiji Football Inc organized tournaments.
He has been also recognized for his achievements by gaining many awards such as the NZFFI Footballer of the Year (2015), NZFFI Popular Player of the Year (2013) and countless Best Goalkeeper Awards including the 2014 Pacific Cup Golden Glove award. The evergreen goalkeeper is a true example of a one club man and has proven that loyalty and pride still exists in modern day soccer.
